Taurus Building & Development was founded in 2005 by Mr. Shelton Rolle, a licensed general contractor and member of the Bahamas Contractors Association. For over two decades, Taurus has served Nassau, New Providence with construction services grounded in experience, integrity and client satisfaction.
Mr. Rolle began his career after trade school at the Ministry of Works, where he spent five years developing his carpentry expertise. He later worked with Re. Hunt Construction and Star Co. on major renovation projects including the Central Bank of The Bahamas and the National Art Gallery.
That background informs how Taurus manages every project today: clear scopes, practical scheduling, safe work sites, strong vendor and subcontractor coordination, and a commitment to meeting The Bahamas Building Code.
